The ZWS137-A model high-speed tablet sieving machine adopts the principle of centrifugal dust removing after roller grinding. After the dust on the tablet surfaces are eliminated and the burrs are removed, compressed air is adopted for vacuum scavenging to make the tablet surfaces clean and the edges neat. It is an indispensable piece of equipment in tablet production procedure. The machine can also be applied for sieving large diameter tablets in the food industry.

The machine is composed of chassis, lifting system, driving system, sieving system and speed control system. When it works, turn on the power supply to adjust the rotation speed. The tablet sieving cylinder will rotate. The tablets will enter the machine from the equipment in the previous procedure. After tablet sieving, the tablets will flow to the hopper through the discharge outlet.
